In 2017, two good friends tossed around the idea of opening a brewery in this old mill. It had history and charm … and lots of challenges for sure. Now two and a half years later, they bring you Skaneateles Brewery! Just like 100 years ago, they brew with the best water in all the Finger Lakes and harness the water to pay tribute to Skaneateles Creek’s historic past.
