Nestled in the rolling hills of Cortland County between Marathon and Willet, New York, Dragonfyre Distillery is family-owned by Vince and Donna Pedini. They take great pride in the distillery as well as great satisfaction in using only the best local grains for producing whiskeys and moonshine.
The distillery and tasting room are an experience for all whiskey (and dragon) lovers to enjoy. The spirits are rare and currently limited due to our tiny production facility consisting of a handmade copper still. Tastings are offered in the tasting room that feels like a quaint medieval pub. It features a dragon or two along with the two iconic knights. As you are enjoying your sampling, take the time to survey the room. You may discover tiny fairy doors!
