SYRACUSE, N.Y. — A new feature at Hancock International Airport gives passengers a taste of Central New York.
The Middle Ages Brewery has opened a pub in the South Terminal of the airport. In addition to the locally brewed craft beer, the pub will also serve food throughout the day.
Craft beer pubs have been popping up at airports from coast to coast. Owners say it’s great to have this opportunity.
“It’s done all over the United States now and it’s happening here in Syracuse and it has been for quite a while now. People want to support local things that are made here,” said Marc Rubenstein, the Middle Ages Brewery owner.
